You can't have one.

Dictionary definition of a forum :-

A public facility to meet for open discussion

You would need to discuss the merits of 66s on your own in a Class 66 forum, therefore it couldn't be a forum, because there would be no discussion.

Alas, I knew there would be a flaw with this cunning plan. And just imagine how good photo of the month would have been! Laughing
