What is the purpose of this remodelling? All I know of it is that they are supposed to be removing the massive drop from 125mph to 50mph on the fast lines for non-stop trains.
Is the track layout set to change drastically? If so, why?
Do we have any diagrams of the current layout and what it should look like afterwards?
And is this why there are replacements buses on between Birmingham and Rugby for seemingly endless periods of time? _________________ Julian
