I finally went for Sir Nigel, as it is a bit different angle and interesting lighting - plus a superb subject! Wink

Eventually chose the Kildare shot. Works beautifully for me.

With so many photos and only a few voters, theres a very real danger that there could me more tie break votes than one could shake a stick at. It could run and run.

We need more voters

We`ll have to wait and see. At least we currently have a top-3, which is the most important thing!

I forgot to add yesterday that the vote was incredibly difficult and that just about every photo on this POTM could be worthy of a calendar.

Surprised how spread out the vote is so far, thankfully we've a couple of weeks to sort that out. 96701 is right though, we do need a few more voters.

I`m sure he wouldn`t mind Nunney Castle getting the nod! Just think of those gorgeous brass bits! Wink

Such a thing would depend on your locality loyalties really. I could never vote for a LNER/LMS loco when there's a mighty fine shot of a GWR loco (GWR/Western Region man til I die!). Not that I've voted for either mind, but there we go.

Thank you! I'm doing well this month with two of my pics getting one vote each.

Never mind the Freddie vs Jason film that was really bad, what about the Matt vs Jason battle that seems to be hotting up every month. Although, it looks like I'm heading for a 2nd consecutive defeats after some good earlier rounds.

If this were a boxing match I wouldn't like to be a gambling man. Perhaps we should just step in to a ring for a one round slug out Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing

May the best Nunney Castle win! (perhaps)

And so it seems we have a winner, and we don't!

Whilst Nunney Castle has won, no specific photographer has. Only time will tell whether we revisit our favourite pass time Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing
